Yorktown Beach At Riverwalk Landing, Yorktown, Virginia

The beach at Yorktown's Riverwalk Landing is empty and quiet now, but in weeks, it will be filled with activity and people.  For now, we can just enjoy the serenity.

Thanks for so wonderful sunshine in these pictures, I miss so much the sun.
I love all pictures, this beach is spectacular beautiful and I could be there in these benches watching the sea and enjoy the day for hours!

These are wonderful shots of a colorful place with lots of history. I can't really imagine what life was like back then but I do like those red coats on the men.

I think I would like Yorktown Beach very much! Lovely photos, too.

Thanks for visiting Ocala DP and for your kind comment.

Hope all is well in your historic area. We don't have too many historical areas. Lots of hysterical ones, though! You've heard of Disney, right? :-)
