Skating, Williamsburg, Virginia


A temporary skating rink was erected at the edge of the historic district, allowing skaters to enjoy the ice despite the 60 degree temperatures.

I am so excited to find your blog as I love Williamsburg! A dream come true for me in June past to visit Williamsburg from Northern Ireland so now I can see it through your photos every day and in changing seasons! Now I need to visit at Christmas! Wonderful photos!

I wonder what the settlers would make of the idea of a rink for recreation in the outdoors.
