Trappers' Smoke House

Trappers' Smokehouse in the New France area of Busch Gardens Williamsburg features a variety of meats cooked over an open fire in this pavilion.  It recreates the woodsy ambiance and flavors of the wilderness and is delicious.

    Being that we're from Texas and recently moved to Virginia, this is the one attraction at Busch Gardens that is tempting me! =) I had no idea...
