St. George Tucker House Hedges and Garden Walk, Williamsburg, Virginia

These very tall hedges and long narrow path are part of the St. George Tucker House which is located prominently near the court house and Palace.  Tucker was a legal scholar and judge.  His home is credited with having the first Christmas tree and the first bathroom in Williamsburg.

  3. The path is enticing, and I'd like to see more of it, and what's at the end. Are there gardens?

  4. I can't imagine not having indoor plumbing, it must be difficult so kudos to Tucker and that first tree must have been amazing!
