Students On The College Of William and Mary Campus, Williamsburg, Virginia
School is back in session and students are roaming the College of William and Mary Campus as they have since 1693. This photo is of the area in front of the Wren Building, the oldest part of the campus.
AAH! Campus life! You got us nostalgic now..... Love the hedges and the narrow path, looks very explorable. And we absolutely love that potter and his craft:) Such wonderful mugs....They would look lovely, antique almost, on the bookshelf...

Those who are students of the universities of old are so lucky, there is nothing to compare to living in and around those beautiful old campuses, trees and all. We live not very far from Yale..and I am in awe of some of the buildings...
How amazing a sight. Must be a joy to arrive every morning anew. Thank you for this escape into beauty. May time and life treat them always kind. Please have a good Tuesday you all.

What strange and wonderful tree branches! I imagine that kids would LOVE playing on them!! Too bad that tree isn't in an elementary school yard!
ReplyDeleteOh how wonderful it would be to be and academic in this setting with the legacy it holds! Wishing you well! Cathy
