Carrot Tree In The Cole-Diggs House, Yorktown, Virginia

The Carrot Tree is located in the Cole-Diggs House in historic Yorktown; the oldest home in town, built in 1720.  Of course, it all started with the desire to make a better carrot cake from scratch.

I like the sign. I like carrot cake too. I'll have to remember this restaurant when we visit Williamsburg the next time.

What a great house. I was always into these type of houses. I wonder if there are any williamsburg homes for sale that look like this one. I would love to live in a house like that one day!
