Back Gate At The Governor's Palace, Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia
This is the back gate of the main garden immediately behing the Governor's Palace in Colonial Williamsburg. There are several enclosed gardens, open yards, a hedge maze and pond on the property. Click here for more information about the palace.
I have always loved iron gates and always hoped one of our family homes would have one (yes, I thought about that sort of thing when I was little), but unfortunately none of them every did. Maybe someday when I have my own house I'll have a yard and be able to put one in!
What a lovely entrance. I tried to click on the link but it wouldn't open for me. I'll be back to check later. Greetings, Jo
