Napping Boy at Mathew Whaley School, WIlliamsburg, Virginia

This statue of a young boy napping beneath his reading material is at the entrace of the historic Matthew Whaley Elementary School in Williamsburg, Virginia.

    The reading-text should be under his head, and he would be learning while taking a nap! That's what science latest have come up with ;-)
    ... well perhaps it shall be talking books *LOL*

  7. What an entirely appropriate place for such a sculpture. He would look even better on the benches of a University. That's only level of my studies where I ever fell asleep in class lol
