This guy had the dubious honor of moving one of the handmade wooden carts used with oxen in Colonial Williamsburg without the benefit of an ox. The cart was used to close off a section of the street during one of the re-enactments of a revolutionary event.
I'm glad to read the explanation! At first I thought pulling that cart is his job there!
