These ladies just finished their work day and took a rest on the steps of the Raleigh Tavern in Colonial Williamsburg. They are costumed employees of Colonial Williamsburg, the restored capitol city of Virginia at the time of the American Revolution. The tavern is named for Sir Walter Raleigh.
Amazing that even after work, they appear to still be in character. Probably an easy thing to do in Williamsburg.
