The Blue Bell Tavern, Colonial Williamsburg, Williamsburg, Virginia
This small, blue home was the "Blue Bell" tavern or ordinary, located behind the Capitol in Colonial Williamsburg. It is a great example of colonial architecture with symmetry, small multi-paned windows and large exterior fireplace.
Make sure you visit the Capitol and take it in. The outside pictures don't do the inside justice. Breath the air in the chamber and imagine the debates that took place. Americans should feel the gravity and importance of the liberty that was born there. We are still the greatest country on earth, and our forefathers' efforts were certainly not in vain.
