Nancy Thomas Gallery and Antiques, Yorktown, Virginia

The Nancy Thomas Gallery sells beautiful prints and other items from at the edge of the colonial district of Yorktown.  She combined talents with Claire Murray, who also has a shop in Yorktown, to make beautiful hooked rugs.  Click here to see more about their "Kindred Spirits" joint venture.

  3. Hi There, Think I told you that my 6 Great Grandfather Capt. John Ballard had a house there on Ballard Street. It's not far from the Thomas Nelson House. I was so excited when we were in the W'burg/Jamestown/Yorktown area.. Hope we can come back sometime.

May 8 Great Grandfather, Thomas Ballard, was the founder of the Ballards in VA. He gave land for Wm and Mary College... Quite a remarkable man, who was very involved with Bruton Parish --and is buried there.

Thanks so much for sharing your life in that gorgeous area.
    Hugs,
    Betsy
