Crepe Myrtle Trees In Bloom, Williamsburg, Virginia

The crepe myrtles are in full bloom with particularly vibrant colors this year.  In addition to the beautiful flowers, they have a interesting smooth trunk that gives them a intriguing look. They are a favorite in this area.

  4. These are gorgeous! I could get so much inspiration for paintings in Williamsburg. I visited as a child and have never forgotten it. It must be a great place to live. Thank you for your nice comments on my blog and I'm so glad to meet you!

  5. I want a tree like that in my garden. Those colours can fix a rainy day.

  8. Nice. I don't think crepe myrtle grow as far north as Connecticut.
