I've not done yoga. It looks like fun. But, considering my age and general condition, if I tried yoga on the beach (even at Yorktown Beach) I have a feeling I'd end up with more sand in my pants than would be comfortable. :-)
I love these two images, the colours are fantastic, and the background in the first photo is amazing, what a wonderfully inspiring place to do yoga. Excellent.

I'm glad to see aside from the colonial williamsburg real estate has to offer, that some modern day activities also take place. And on the beach! What a great variety of activities Williamsburg seems to offer it's residents and guests.
Some sun, fun, sand in between your toes with some exercise! Why not then?
