Dandy On The Town, Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia


This dandy, complete with carved walking stick, bright red stockings, and striped skirt, strolled Duke of Gloucester Street in Colonial Williamsburg.

    I wonder if he chose a skirt with vertical stripes because he thought they would have a slimming effect.
