Yorktown's Riverwalk Landing provides beach, restaurants, arts, shopping and ample space to enjoy the water. Being the site of the battle leading to the English surrender in the Revolutionary War, it also has a federal and state battle museum and is decorated with cannons.
A lovely spot for a stroll. I do like that cannon!
