Bald Cypress Trees in The Waters Near Williamsburg, Virginia

Living on a peninsula causes you to encounter water scenes just about everywhere you go. One of the interesting items we see are bald cypress trees.  They grow in and around the tidal waters of the James and York Rivers. The roots look like "knees" sticking out of the water.
