Welcome to an almost daily peek at our beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia which includes the "Historic Triangle" consisting of Colonial Williamsburg -the world’s largest living history museum- Yorktown and Jamestown.
The carriage rides in Colonial Williamsburg are popular year round, but become fall foliage tours as well as an historical adventure this time of year.

It would be nice with a trip with this carriage.

Always happy to see your postings on these costumes and life-style of the past !
Love these images, and what fantastic colors you are surrounded with!:)
Simply gorgeous!!! Have a wonderful day!! Cathy
Your photographs are gorgeous! Our trees are now bare, and there is snow on the ground.
I have always loved going for carriage rides, we have them in Montreal as well, but our tour guides don't wear such splendid costumes!
This looks like a relaxing way to see the sights as well as the leaves!
Difficult to see scenes like those. You made me travel in time.
