The Tall Ship, Peacemaker, at Riverwalk Landing, Yorktown, Virginia

The tall ship, Peacemaker, was recently docked at Riverwalk Landing in Yorktown, offering free tours.  In the back ground to the left, you can see the Schooner Alliance, which is much smaller, making its way up the York River.

What a splendid picture of the ship. How old is it? And the sky is so clear! Have you been on this tour?

Oh this is like the ship in a bottle. What a beautiful capture. I love the schooner in the background. Thanks for sharing your beautiful world. I visit your blog regularly but have recently had trouble commenting. Hope this one comes through. Greetings from Jo, North Africa

I paid $10.00 to hop on board 7 tall ships at Dana Point a couple of weekends ago. But it was for a good cause.

Nice photo!
