Welcome to an almost daily peek at our beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia which includes the "Historic Triangle" consisting of Colonial Williamsburg -the world’s largest living history museum- Yorktown and Jamestown.
A young visitor and her dog share a walk down Duke of Gloucester Street with a a costumed employee of Colonial Williamsburg. This is one of those rare moments where old and new harmoniously coexist. The collie doesn't seem to mind either.

I love the way old traditions are kept alive in Colonial Williamsburg.

I love the lady's costume, and it's so nice that they mingle with the visitors.
quite a contrast - love the dog
Thanks for sharing that traditional dress, I wonder if the dog realizes it.
Cheers,
