Christmas Decorations At The Raleigh Tavern, Colonial Williamsburg, Williamsburg, Virginia




This worker takes a break to become part of the Christmas decorations at the door of the Raleigh Tavern which consist of wreaths made of pheasant feathers.  Note the bust of Raleigh at the top of the door.

What an interesting wreath!

Thank you for the glimpses of Colonial Williamsburg at Christmas time. I particularly loved those apples in the putlog holes.
