Unique Christmas Decoration at Josiah Chowing's Tavern, Colonial Williamsburg, Williamsburg, Virginia



Chowning's Tavern in Colonial Williamsburg incorporates some of the daily tools of the trade in its Christmas decorations such as oyster shells and pewter ale tankards.

ahhh Chownings hold special memories of our honeymoon a little over 35 years ago. We ate lunch there and still have a picture beneath their sign. I've set a "colonial Christmas" table this week because Williamsburg is so beautiful...especially at Christmas! Merry Christmas!
