Citroen On The Colonial Parkway, Williamsburg, Virginia

On a warm day a week or so ago, we saw this Citroen 2CV Charleston driving the Colonial Parkway. The parkway is a magnet for all types of vehicles because of its proximity to the rivers, country type atmosphere and lack of commercial traffic.

That is what we used to call "Student Jaguar" in the old days. Obviously an owner who LOVE the car.
Looks very well kept, and great colors.

I love this old 2 CV.
It never had any problems..
Just needed petrol .. and some lubrication from time to time.

This looks like an early model of the 2CV. Really nice paint job. And a convertible to boot. Too cool.
