Yoga On The Beach, Yorktown, Virginia

These folks were going through their yoga routines on the beach at Yorktown.  If you feel the need to yoga, the beach is probably the best place.

Some sun, fun, sand in between your toes with some exercise! Why not then?

They sure picked THE spot! Yoga and tai-chi are indeed more fun when you do them outside :o)

Well--Blogger ate my comment... What I was saying was that I was glad to see you at my blog again. It's been awhile. Hope you come back soon.

We just returned from a wonderful 3 week trip out west. I'll be blogging about it for a long time I'm sure..

We love your area of the country and hope to get back there again sometime.
Hugs,
Betsy

I've not done yoga. It looks like fun. But, considering my age and general condition, if I tried yoga on the beach (even at Yorktown Beach) I have a feeling I'd end up with more sand in my pants than would be comfortable. :-)

Interesting to do yoga on the beach. Something different. Have a nice weekend.

I love these two images, the colours are fantastic, and the background in the first photo is amazing, what a wonderfully inspiring place to do yoga. Excellent.

I'm glad to see aside from the colonial williamsburg real estate has to offer, that some modern day activities also take place. And on the beach! What a great variety of activities Williamsburg seems to offer it's residents and guests.
