Duke Of York, Yorktown, Virginia

They say that with real estate it's all about location. The Duke Of York Hotel in Yorktown has that without question.  It sits at the base of the hills on which Historic Yorktown is nestled and all the balconies overlook the Yorktown Beach, Riverwalk Landing and the York River. To reach the beach or shops, all you need to do is walk across the street. To take a quaint tour of the area, jump on the trolley.

I totally agree, it's definitely all about location, location, location and this certainly sounds like a great one!

This is wonderful! I'm frustrated right now because my internet is slow so I'm having trouble getting the pictures. But I've enjoyed reading the text and think this will be fun with my girls. We live on the west coast and getting this personal take on our nations historical center sounds like fun!
