The Capitol, Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia
The Capitol in Colonial Williamsburg has an intricate design of glazed bricks interwoven to create a beautiful pattern. It is rounded with varying shaped windows. The cupola creates an perfect finish to the building. It was the site for fiery debates and oratory by George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and Patrick Henry, among others.
