Honoring Veterans, Williamsburg, Virginia

These military heros take time to honor one of their own. This Veteran's Day, we too remember and honor all who have served.

Veteran's Day in Williamsburg must be very special given its deep routes in our military history.

Well deserved tribute. I think that the Marine Corps dress uniforms are the most impressive of any branch of the service.

Beautiful!

We were there in September 11th a few years ago and went to the time of rememberance. It was special.

Very good image for the day! The day does not seem as memorable anymore...so sad. I recall Armistice Day as a time when we sold and wore red paper poppies with a significant stop at 11 am in the classroom when we stood and paused to remember all the soldiers. Doesn't happen anymore; haven't seen a red poppy in decades.
