Colonial Christmas Decorations, Peter Hay House, Williamsburg, Virginia



The Peter Hay house on Duke of Gloucester Street in Colonial Williamsburg choose an equine theme for its Christmas decorations. It features saddles, stirrups, boots, and apples.

We don't see as much Christmas decorations in windows of homes like these in the city of KL ...

My guess is that the Christmas decorations are much more elaborate in Colonial Williamsburg today than they were in colonial times. I wonder what type and extent of decorations would be historically accurate.
