Jamestown Island Trail, Williamsburg, Virginia

This wooden bridge is part of a scenic drive on Jamestown Island, the site of the first permanent English settlement in what is now the United States.  The road winds through woods and over salt marshes while providing a great view of deer, crabs, birds, and other wildlife.  You can drive, bike or hike.

The bridge looks to be narrow. Is it one way?

It looks narrow but it really is not. And I highly recommend the drive on a spring day with the windows down ;)
