This neat little bike rack at Yorktown's Riverwalk Landing features old fashioned big-wheeled bikes decorating the top.

Really like the design with the half penny bikes. A little code in case you're not sure what this metal thingy is for. Nice detail.

Penny farthing bikes. 4 farthings to one penny . this monitory system came to an end in 1971. the last farthing minted in 1956.the bike itself was in full production pre 1880s. top speed recorded was 23.72 MPH.in 1878 Albert Pope began manufacturing the Columbia bicycle outside of Boston, starting their two-decade heyday in America.

Very nice! I was struck by the trunk of the tree behind it. It looks like it was sculpted. Have a grand weekend! Cathy
