This amazing scale model of the colonial district is prominently displayed at the Colonial Williamsburg Visitor Center.  It depicts the historic buildings and landscape - about two-thirds of a square mile - with incredible detail.  It is encased in glass which made taking a decent photo difficult; it is far more impressive in person.

It is impressive - and difficult to take good photos with glass separating you! Nice shots showing the detail...
