Welcome to an almost daily peek at our beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia which includes the "Historic Triangle" consisting of Colonial Williamsburg -the world’s largest living history museum- Yorktown and Jamestown.
As Fall approaches, the Colonial Garden begins its cold weather planting and the rustic means to do it in the traditional way. The trellis is ready for climbing veggies while turnips are beginning to sprout in the second photo.

No modern advances in this task. Somebody did a lot of work preparing this garden.
