The Pack, Busch Gardens Williamsburg, Virginia

Wolf Pack

Busch Gardens Williamsburg features a pack of wolves who roam freely in a large enclosure as well as perform for visitors.  This one eyed someone howling on the walkway above.

I don't understand the connection between wolves and either Williamsburg or Busch Gardens, but I guess whatever entertains visitors is what is considered appropriate.

Not a good idea to tease predators!
That part of the country had wolves a long time ago. I don't know if they were grey wolves like this though. Many areas are trying to reintroduce them.
