Appropriately, Howl-O-Scream begins today, Friday the 13th, at Busch Garden Williamsburg. These ladies, and all the creepy, crawly, ghoulish, and scary folk, may seem harmless in the daylight, but as the sun sets, they come to life much to the fright and joy of patrons. A variety of Halloween-flavored shows are always offered in addition to the rides.
