The College of William and Mary is adjacent to Colonial Williamsburg's Merchants Square and has its bookstore there. In addition to the beautiful location, the store is a Barnes and Noble, has a snack shop, and routinely hosts author signings. It carries a large number of local historical and related publications.

Hi ~ stopping by way of Robin's over at Miscellaneous Thoughts. I saw her post about CW and then saw your note.
We returned from our trip back in July and we miss it already. Hoping to get down that way in the winter time.
We absolutely love it there and love the bookstore too. Did some shopping with our daughter because ~ of course we had to get a William and Mary shirt after doing the College tour. :-)
I'll definitely be back to see more ~ Rebecca
My wife and i would probably have to be forced to leave at closing time. Bookstores are a favorite haunt for both of us and Williamsburg.....icing on the cake! Never realized how much I miss that part of the Old Dominion until I started following your blog. Thanks for the taste of home!
