Welcome to an almost daily peek at our beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia which includes the "Historic Triangle" consisting of Colonial Williamsburg -the world’s largest living history museum- Yorktown and Jamestown.
With the first hint of warm weather, and an increase in visitors, Colonial Williamsburg's carriages were out in full force providing a special view of the mile long, half mile wide historic area.
Oh to be Royalty - sigh... LOL We thought we had signed up for a "carriage" ride - way back when we visited in the late 90's, but got a wagon ride instead with 4 other people. Soooo romantic :) Lovely photo...

I wonder what it feels like to be a part of a "memorial" community?
That's a nice carriage (and a nice shot of it, too).
Nothing like Williamsburg in the Spring, enjoy!
Have a great day.
Always, Queenie

The only way to travel when visiting Williamsburg oui!
I'd feel like a king riding in a carriage like that one!
