The Colonial Dude, Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia
This character was posted outside the court house checking tourists for passes to get inside. He was so relaxed and comfortable in his costume and nonchalantly carried a pewter mug as he strolled on the porch that he just reminded us of someone to easily say or be called "dude" - even in in colonial times. The tourists seemed to like him.

This "dude" looks like a Leprechaun - a Colonial Leprechaun :) He sure looks like he enjoys his job! Happy little Leprechaun... :)
Lol, a colonial leprechaun. I've just scrolled down your recent posts, such lovely spring sights!
