Welcome to an almost daily peek at our beautiful Williamsburg, Virginia which includes the "Historic Triangle" consisting of Colonial Williamsburg -the world’s largest living history museum- Yorktown and Jamestown.
We came across this turkey wondering in the underbrush on Jamestown Island's nature drive. Getting a photo was tough as it kept bobbing and weaving among the trees and shrubs.

Cute shot of the turkey peeking out. Have a Happy Sunday!
Oh my, stardom!
Great shot! Wish I would be able to see them in the wild too.
Ya, once the camera comes out, they are off!
Clever turkey, it hid in the woods not to land up for Christmas or Thanksgiving, lol !
Well captured! They're wily birds and hard to photograph.
To be honest i have never seen a life turkey, only dead ones on the dining table !
Nice catch! Where we were camped last week, we saw SO many wild turkeys about.
